  • He got 5 - 15 years for killing someone and 19 for selling drugs - something doesn't seem right with these numbers when you get less time for killing that for selling drugs!!

  • First - Mehserle did kill someone and did deserve to be punished - some people may not believe he served enough time but 2 years was what he was sentenced to and EVERYONE gets time off for good behavior.

  • He got a LIFE SENTENCE - what part of this do you not understand???  Life sentence means you are in prison until you DIE!!!  He should have been allowed to ful-fill his sentence!!
